- The time is now. John Cena will make his first appearance since shocking the world at Elimination Chamber. His betrayal of Cody Rhodes and alliance with The Rock has been touted as one of the biggest turns in wrestling history. Now, as we near their Wrestlemania clash, Cena and Rhodes are set to be under the same roof. Fans will be on the edge of their seats to see what becomes of this volatile situation. And what will this new iteration of Cena, a villain for the first time in over twenty years, even look like? New look? New theme music? The world waits with bated breath for the answers to these questions.
- Last week’s cage match between Seth Rollins and CM Punk delivered all the animosity and carnage fans came to expect. And the ending to the match caused a huge stir with the return of Roman Reigns. “The Tribal Chief” laid out both Rollins and Punk to stand tall and send a strong message. It’s crystal clear that this trio has no love lost for one another. Will a Wrestlemania triple threat be in their future to settle it all? And what do we make of Paul Heyman’s history and continued interest in CM Punk?
- There’s been a lot of unease within The Judgment Day as of late. Continued disagreements in direction have left them at times at odds. However, last week Dominik Mysterio extended an olive branch of good faith and requested an Intercontinental Championship match for stablemate Finn Balor. Now, Balor has a shot at singles gold. But that means locking horns with the force of nature that is Bron Breakker. Will Balor bring the title back to The Judgment Day? Or does “Dirty Dom” have ulterior motives for setting this match up in the first place?
- Also scheduled is a No Holds Barred match between Penta and Ludwig Kaiser as well as one-on-one matches that will see Jey Uso vs. Austin Theory and Dakota Kai vs. Ivy Nile. We can also expect appearances from Women’s World Champion IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair and much more!
