LA Knight is one of the most popular performers on the Smackdown brand. However, “The Megastar” and former WWE United States Champion does not have a clear path for what he will be doing at the biggest show of 2025, WrestleMania 41.
Plans for Knight should become more clear in the next few weeks. But until then, we speculate on four possible routes WWE could go with LA Knight at WrestleMania 41.
5. Carmelo Hayes, Andrade And Others In US Title Ladder Match

If WWE wants to lump a bunch of wrestlers into one big match, LA Knight could be in a U.S. Title Ladder Match at ‘Mania 41. Shinsuke Nakamura, Solo Sikoa, Carmelo Hayes, and Andrade would all bring different styles and rivalries to the table. While it would be an unexpected direction to go, it could end up being one of the event’s best matches.

4. Solo Sikoa

Stepping back onto SmackDown on February 7, everyone is wondering what the WWE direction is next for Solo Sikoa. At the same time, LA Knight is still looking for a Mania dance partner. So a WrestleMania match between LA Knight and Solo Sikoa could be a direction to go that gives the pair a fresh matchup and booking of two elite mid-card stars.

3. Damian Priest

Rumors are swirling that Damian Priest’s match against Drew McIntyre in April might be off the table. After coming up short on his World Title shot against Gunther, Priest might want to prove himself by taking on one of the hottest stars in the company. A WrestleMania 41 match between these two would be wild with the winner becoming a top contender for a world title.

2. Shinsuke Nakamura

There is a history between Nakamura and LA Knight, especially with the WWE United States Championship. The title was taken from Knight by Nakamura at Survivor Series: WarGames in November. This is his third time with the title. A rematch between the two at WrestleMania would seem a sensible way for WWE to give both a high-profile match at the event.

1. Drew McIntyre

The heat between LA Knight and Drew McIntyre has been building since the Royal Rumble where it was reported McIntyre was upset with his elimination and blamed Knight’s timing. That spilled over onto SmackDown, where Knight took shots at McIntyre’s anger in a vicious promo. A WrestleMania match between these two feels imminent. The feud continues to boil and could explode on the biggest stage of them all.
