Nick Aldis

Nick Aldis has had more than one run-in with Owens since he became SmackDown GM. The former NWA and TNA champion is still clearly in very good shape and ready to go for his WWE in-ring debut. It seems fitting that Kevin Owens would be the one man to force Aldis to lace up the boots one more time on the grandest stage of them all.
Finn Bálor

Owens has expressed on several occasions in interviews that he has been wanting a shot at Finn Bálor at WrestleMania. These guys have had similar journeys in the WWE and both have put on some pretty intense matches in the past. A match would be great as a combination of technical masterclass and storytelling. With Balor having no clear plan for the event a match with KO would be a surprising high-profile booking for the Judgement Day member.

Shawn Michaels

There is speculation that WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels might be coming out of retirement for one more match. During the contract signing for his Royal Rumble match with Cody Rhodes he tried to piledrive the WWE legend but “The Heartbreak Kid” shut him down with a Sweet Chin Music. While you can put this in the very unlikely category, Owens was also the hand-picked opponent for what will likely be Stone Cold Steve Austin’s last match as well.

Sami Zayn

Owens and Zayn’s complicated relationship took another turn when Owens attacked Zayn after a match on RAW, and delivered a package piledriver that left Zayn injured. While they are set for an unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber, it is very possible this feud doesn’t end at the March PLE.

Randy Orton

The beef between Kevin Owens and Orton reached new heights ever since Owens viciously attacked Orton in November 2024, and gave Orton a piledriver that put him out of commission indefinitely. Reports say Orton could be returning soon and wants to get payback at WrestleMania 41. This is the most likely opponent for KO at WrestleMania 41.
