WWE has a loaded main roster, but not to be outdone is the talent featured on the NXT brand.
While NXT is still a show for future stars to develop, there are plenty of names who are ready for the spotlight right now. While WWE would be wise to hold off on some roster callups to keep current storylines intact, these 10 NXT stars don’t need much more seasoning before going full-time on Raw or SmackDown.

Roxanne Perez

If there is one current member of the NXT roster who is almost guaranteed success at the next level, it’s Roxanne Perez. Before making her WWE debut, Perez was already highly-touted in Ring of Honor and the indies as “Rok-C.” Perez turns 23 years old in November, and while there’s plenty of time for her to move up to the main roster, it would be wise for WWE to send her to the big time sooner rather than later.
Giulia

Giulia has got just about everything going for her. From her look to her in-ring experience to her charisma, the former Stardom and Marigold ace is destined for greatness in the United States. WWE’s decision to have Giulia debut in NXT is understandable, as it gives her a chance to grasp the nuances of performing on American TV. With that said, I wouldn’t expect her NXT run to last too long.
Stephanie Vaquer

Much like Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer is an international star, who already has a wealth of experience. She has all the qualities of a megastar, and has already showed clear signs of it in her short time under the NXT banner. Just how popular can Vaquer become on the main roster? Here’s a prediction for you: within the next five years, WWE will host a PLE in Chile with Vaquer headlining.

Oba Femi

One of the biggest traits a talent can have in the wrestling industry is believability. Oba Femi has it in spades. The man is built like a tank, has a dominating presence in the ring, and he’s even a solid talker. This is a multiple-time WWE world champion in the making. Picture Oba Femi going up against the likes of Bron Breakker and Jacob Fatu.
Nathan Frazer & Axiom

It would be a missed opportunity if the team of Nathan Frazer and Axiom split before making their main roster debuts. The two are an explosive tag team with unique, high-flying offense. Oftentimes, these two steal the show. There are plenty of potential bangers for Frazer and Axiom against the likes of DIY, The Street Profits, and Motor City Machine Guns, but a breakup has been teased on NXT for a while and that would be a shame.
Thea Hail

Thea Hail is more than just the wacky ball of energy she plays on TV. She has quite the personality, gets fans to believe in her as an underdog, and is skilled in the ring. At the age of 21, there may not be a rush to bring Hail to the red or blue brand, but she’s definitely ready.

Tony D’Angelo

Playing the role of a classic Italian mobster, Tony D’Angelo has been effective in getting over with the NXT crowd. Can that transition to Raw or SmackDown? I believe it can if Paul “Triple H” Levesque believes in Tony D. If you need evidence of D’Angelo’s connection with the crowd, look no further than his recent feud with Oba Femi. D’Angelo was able to go from a confident tough guy, to someone who doubted himself before rising up once again.
Ethan Page

Much like Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer, putting Ethan Page on this list is a bit of a cheat code given his experience. Still, one can’t deny that Page was ready for WWE TV the moment he debuted on NXT. He came across as a top heel champion when he held NXT gold. It isn’t hard to see him snagging the Intercontinental or United States Championship some day.
Wes Lee

Wes Lee is currently presented as a heel on the NXT brand. He can be a likable babyface as well. His high-flying ability makes him a good choice for WWE Speed on the ‘X’ platform. As for Raw or SmackDown, Lee could benefit from being in a tag team once he’s called up.
Trick Williams

There are some who believe Trick Williams still needs some more seasoning in the ring. The success of LA Knight may counter that point, however. Much like Williams, Knight doesn’t have the best in-ring skills, but it’s his personality that draws attention. Like Knight, Williams is competent in the ring and it’s enough for him to be featured on Raw or SmackDown. Get ready for fans in packed arenas to yell, “Whoop That Trick” more regularly in 2025.
