6 WrestleMania 41 Results We Need To Be Entertained, Including Paul Heyman Aligning With Seth Rollins

We are just days away from the biggest WWE event of 2025, WrestleMania 41. The card from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is jam-packed with major matchups. Including John Cena vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE title, and CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns in as big a grudge match as the historic event has ever had.

However, what makes WrestleMania different than other premium live events is the definitive results and surprises that set the stage for the months ahead. ‘Mania is often the most satifsfying show on WWE’s schedule each year, so, with that in mind, let’s look at six results we need so WrestleMania 41 sends fans home entertained.

Bianca Belair Turns To The Dark Side

The Night 2 Women’s World title match between Iyo Sky, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair could be the best match on the entire ‘Mania card. WWE could go in any direction with who wins the match. But one thing they have to do is turn Bianca Belair heel.

She deserves her current singles run after a year of tag team work. However, we don’t need a replay of 2022 and 2023. We need a new evil version of Belair and the former champion has been hinting at a turn in recent week. The company needs to pull the trigger on the best version of the former champion and set her up as the top female heel on WWE Raw.

John Cena Has To Win

Cody Rhodes has done a great job of keeping himself strong after he was on the wrong end of the most shocking turn in wrestling history. And he has even made a real case to end WrestleMania 41 as WWE Champion. But John Cena needs to win in the Night 2 main event.

While ending ‘Mania with a heel victory isn’t common, to make the most of his shocking turn, he needs to be champion and set up some great feuds for his retirement tour. Furthermore, he has to break the record for most world title wins, and ‘Mania is the perfect place to do it.

There Has To Be A Surprise Return or Debut

One of the best parts of any big WWE PLE is the surprises. And WrestleMania 41 should be no different. There have been rumors about Malakai Black, Miro, Saraya, Jeff Cobb, and now Tetsuya Naito possibly making their WWE return or debut. Sure, most of that can be saved for the weeks following the event. But one or two of them should show up this weekend to maintain the unique aura that ‘Mania has.

Randy Orton’s Opponent Should Be Uncle Howdy

Randy Orton does not have an opponent for WrestleMania 41. But all signs point to him being on the card. There are many ways WWE can go with his mystery opponent this weekend. However, one of the most fascinating would be Orton taking on Bray Wyatt’s brother Uncle Howdy. “The Viper” has a long history with Wyatt and owns a win over him at ‘Mania. Revenge for his deceased sibling would be quite a moment. Furthermore, they are both on Smackdown and the feud could continue after this weekend.

Dominik Mysterio Should Pin Finn Balor To Win IC Title

Along with Sky vs. Ripley vs. Belair having the chance to steal the show, the Intercontinental title match has a ton of potential. As well as some interesting storylines, as Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor are at odds over the future of the Judgment Day. The company should avoid having Bron Breakker or Penta pinned in the match. The perfect way to go would be a surprise win for Mysterio, and other members of the group helping him get the pin on their pal Finn Balor.

Seth Rollins Goes Full Heel

The issues between Punk, Rollins, and Reigns have been some of the best content in the lead-up to WrestleMania 41. However, on the path to their match, Rollins has been far more dastardly than usual. ‘Mania is all about big surprises that set up storylines for the months ahead.

While we all love Reigns and Paul Heyman together, it does feel like their alliance has run its course. And Punk does not need a new on-screen alliance with his long-time pal, Heyman. But WWE finally pulling the trigger on a return to the dark side for Rollins, and Heyman serving as his wiseman, would be completely unexpected and a fascinating tale to follow in 2025. We need that result most of all at WrestleMania 41.
