Seth Rollins Cashes In On Gunther
To the surprise of many, Gunther regained the World Heavyweight title from Jey Uso on this week’s edition of Raw. The Austrian has already had a nearly year-long title reign. It would not be in the company’s best interest to have another lengthy reign at the top. Especially since he took the belt away from such a major fan favorite.
Having Rollins cash in on Gunther to end his second title run much quicker than the first would be an interesting surprise. Especially since it would be a heel taking the title off another top heel.

John Cena’s master plan is to hold on to the WWE title for the rest of the year and walk away from the industry with it. What if he made it all the way to December and actually won his final match? But instead of completing his goal of leaving with the belt, Rollins decides to cash in to make sure he can’t do it.
It would seem like a surprisingly heroic act for the new evil version of Rollins. However, it would also fit his character as a man trying to “save” the company and chart its path forward.

Rollins was the first man to cash in the MITB briefcase at WrestleMania. Why not do it again? The WWE legend has had many iconic moments during his career. And there would be few better ways to cash in than the biggest event of the year. It would complete a year-long plan that all started when he turned to the dark side at WrestleMania 41 and aligned with Paul Heyman.
