This past Saturday, former WWE Women’s Champion Naomi outlasted five other women to become Ms. Money in the Bank 2025. The MITB briefcase being in the hands of a baddie is always far more entertaining and unpredictable. And there is no doubt that this new version of Naomi is likely to use the contract in the case to settle some scores.
With that in mind, we predict four ways she could use the MITB contract to once again hold a top women’s title in WWE.
Naomi Cashes In On Jade Cargill
One person who should be very worried about Naomi holding the MITB briefcase is her former friend Jade Cargill. The former AEW TBS champ is rumored to be in line for a major push in the months ahead. That could certainly culminate in a world title win. Don’t be surprised if Naomi looks to make Cargill’s first singles title reign a very short one.
Naomi Cashes In On Champ At SummerSlam
The winner of the Queen of the Ring is supposed to get a world title opportunity at SummerSlam. That could be Cargill or someone completely different. Either way, SummerSlam is, arguably, the second biggest event from WWE each year. With this year’s event being two nights, there are sure to be major surprises. A MITB cash-in seems very possible in August.
Naomi Cashes In On Bianca Belair At Survivor Series
Naomi certainly has scores to settle with Cargill. However, a case could be made that she has even bigger issues with fellow former pal Bianca Belair. The SmackDown superstar was not receptive to Naomi’s reasoning for attacking Cargill last year, and she has tried to distance herself from her former bestie. If she were to win the title over the next 12 months, Naomi seeking vengeance with a surprise cash-in on her makes all the sense in the world.
Naomi Cashes In Following Tough Multi-Person Title Match
Throughout Money in the Bank cash-in history, briefcase holders have always looked to take advantage of champions after very physical and violent matches. Matches like Hell in the Cell or Last Woman Standing aren’t used much on the ladies’ side of the roster. However, there are many grueling multi-person clashes. It would make a lot of sense for evil-Naomi to follow that classic strategy and wait for a champ to be totally weakened after a tough defense against multiple foes and cash in.
