Would Mandy Rose return to wrestling after her shocking firing from WWE and easily making a quick $1 million?
Would Mandy Rose Return To Wrestling After Making $1 Million
Mandy Rose was NXT Women’s Champion for 413 days. It is one of the longest title reigns in all of NXT.
She lost to the title to Rozanne Perez in December of last year and by the next day, she was released. The fans were shocked and then somewhat annoyed for the reason.
Basically, Rose was let go because WWE did not think the content on her premium paywall page met the promotion’s standards. Many quickly pointed out WWE’s double standard since they often had talent appear in PlayBoy.
While speaking on The Ethan, Lou & Large Dave Show on I95 Rock, the idea of would Mandy Rose return to wrestling was brought-up.
“I’m on a little bit of a different path now,” said Rose. “I’m in a little transitional phase.”
“Not to say that I won’t wrestle in the future. I’m not really sure, but I’m taking a break right now. I have some plans in the works that I want to help out with them and do some things.”
She added how she is focusing on her skincare line, other brands and helping at her dad’s deli.
“I’m really busy on my exclusive fan site, FanTime, I get to really engage with my fans,” said Rose. It’s been awesome. I can’t complain, it’s been great.”
And, it is not like she needs the money. In a short period of time, Rose surpassed a million dollars with her exclusive fan site.
Rose’s biggest moments on the WWE roster was working a program with Otis and her best friend, Sonya Deville. In NXT, she became a major heel and formed Toxic Attraction.
So, would Mandy Rose return to wrestling or is she better off without them?
