Little is still known about her WWE hiatus, but Stephanie McMahon is dealing with a private matter. Also, AEW nixed a Blackpool Combat Club member.

Stephanie McMahon Dealing With Private Matter

It has been a busy week for WWE behind the scenes. By now, we all know Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out during RAW.

They were not happy with their direction. Therefore, WWE stripped them of the tag titles and both are suspended.

Even bigger news occurred only days ago. Chief Brand Officer Stephen McMahon announced a leave of absence.

It was described as shocking, considering only her inner circle knew. She noted wanting to spend more time with her family.

While she is away, Triple H is now back full-time. Remember, he retired at 52 years old the week of WrestleMania 38 due to a medical condition.

Wade Keller on PWTorch Dailycast, did not known tons of information. Although noted it seemed more of a private matter and Stephanie is set to return at a later date.

“I have been told not to expect the reasons that Stephanie is stepping away to come out,” said Keller. “But, the implication is, there are reasons.”

“So, this isn’t going to be a public scandal, but it’s something. That’s about as much as I think I can say right now, based on the indications I’ve gotten from talking to people who know or know Stephanie and Hunter, or know people who know them.”

“And yeah, [they] are giving me indications of things. Whatever is going on, sounds like it’s just very private.”

“And I have not been given any indications of what that is. And so, it’s a private and personal matter, it could have to do with Vince McMahon, or Shane McMahon or Triple H.”

So, we wish nothing but the best for the McMahon family at this time.

AEW Changed Stable

AEW has a hit with the Blackpool Combat Club. They have plenty of stables, but none more fire than these men.

Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson were the first to join. That was thanks to their mentor William Regal.

Moxley and Danielson beat the crap out of Wheeler Yuta. It worked and he earned the third and, so far, only other spot.

Apparently, Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Daniel Garcia was set to join Instead, he is busy part of the Jericho Appreciation Society.

“When Bryan Danielson first teased the idea of the unit with Jon Moxley and mentioned Lee Moriarty, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta,” said Meltzer. “There was talk of Garcia at one point in the unit, but Chris Jericho personally picked Garcia to join the Jericho Appreciation Society.”

Both men are better off than they were just a few months ago. Frequently, they have been featured on TV in some big angles.
