Sneak Peak Of Tonight’s PPV!

Elimination Chamber is set to be an amazing one. Not only can we expect the first women’s Elimination Chamber match, but we also get to see who will take on Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34. So, without further ado, here are our predictions for Elimination Chamber.

Ronda Rousey Contract Signing

Even though this is not a match that is on the card, we do believe it is important to mention here. A typical contract signing during a pay-per-view would be boring, so this is what we expect will happen.

Sandra: We had to wait a couple of years for a rivalry we all wanted to see, so I am hoping the groundwork for the match in question will happen at Elimination Chamber. If Stephanie McMahon is doing the signing, it could lead to a genuine fight between the Billion Dollar Princess and Rowdy Ronda. Maybe a set-up for WrestleMania?

Katie: I expect this to be a set-up for the rumored tag team match between Stephanie McMahon/Triple H and Ronda Rousey/a TBD partner at WrestleMania. There’s no way Stephanie won’t be present for this, and I anticipate an altercation of some sort.

Hunter: SHENANIGANS WILL BE HAD. Ronda will flip someone through a table. Probably Stephanie. Or Alicia Fox. Or Heath Slater.

Woken Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt

Sandra: The match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt has been in the works for a while. I have been delighted by the many funny segments involving “woken” Matt Hardy, but I do think that the build-up to this match has been lacking. Still, I think the outcomes of this match is quite evident. Matt Hardy will delete Bray Wyatt.

Katie: WWE hasn’t even come close to doing everything they can with Woken Matt Hardy yet, and for that reason, I think Hardy will “delete” Bray Wyatt on Sunday. Now that Hardy has all of the intellectual rights to the Broken Universe, it’s time for him to be fully unleashed.

Hunter: Been too much gone on for them to get the proper time. Hopefully, this will change, and we’ll have SHENANIGANS and they’ll REALLY wrestle at Mania.

Sheamus and Cesaro (C) vs. Titus Worldwide for the Raw Tag Team Championship

Katie: Titus Worldwide has slowly but surely worked their way up the ranks of Raw’s tag team division, and they certainly have momentum behind them going into this match. But WWE needs an established, favorite tag team as champions heading into WrestleMania, and that’s Sheamus and Cesaro. The Bar retains.

Hunter: Bar retains. Apollo is the step-kid that can’t get any love from Pappa Vince.

Women’s Elimination Chamber Match for the Raw Women’s Championship

Sandra: One of the matches I am most excited about is the Women’s Elimination Chamber match. There is loads of competition for current champion Alexa Bliss, with Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Mickie James being considered as the most significant threats. However, I don’t think the reign of the goddess is over yet, so I believe Alexa will retain at Elimination Chamber.

Katie: This will be the first time Alexa has defended her title in a good while, and while the odds are stacked against her, I think she’ll retain – and her “alliance” with Mickie James will likely come into play. Meanwhile, I wouldn’t be surprised if Sasha finally turns heel on Bayley.

Hunter: Mickie James turns on Alexa and gets the strap via SHENANIGANS! Mickie gets a run and drops it to Asuka at Wrestlemania.

Asuka vs. Nia Jax

Sandra: Nia Jax has faced Asuka before since the pair had quite a rivalry during their time in NXT. However, even in NXT, Nia Jax fell short defeating the Empress of Tomorrow. I believe this will continue for some time since Asuka is entirely protected on the Raw roster at this time. Since she undoubtedly has a title reign in the cards this year, I predict Asuka wins.

Katie: WWE has done a helluva job building up Nia Jax as the powerhouse of the division, but there’s no way Asuka’s undefeated streak is ending this Sunday. I expect Asuka to win and go on to challenge Charlotte for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, leaving Nia to finally go after her best friend.

Hunter: Asuka wins in 30 seconds. Or they have a 12-minute back-and-forth. Either way. Asuka wins.

Men’s Elimination Chamber Match

Sandra: Even though I am trying my hardest to be excited about this match, I believe the outcome is 99% certain, more specifically a win for Roman Reigns. While I would love nothing more than Braun Strowman taking on Lesnar at WrestleMania, Roman is scheduled to take the title from Lesnar. I have nothing against Roman, but he had many moments in the WrestleMania limelight, while Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, and Strowman have been sidelined the past couple of years.

Katie: I have to give it to WWE: they’re trying they’re hardest to distract us from the reality of this match, which is that Roman Reigns will win. After all, Braun Strowman, Elias, and Seth Rollins have all been on fire recently and could feasibly win themselves. But the reality is that Reigns has a date with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he wins by last eliminating Rollins.

Hunter: BRAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN. Seriously, now is the time. PULL THE TRIGGER. Let Braun and Brock rip a hole in the Superdome. But Roman will probs win. And that’ll be fine, but the “smart” fans will NOT SHUT UP ABOUT IT.
