Looks like Eddie Kingston is staying All Elite. During a recent interview, he revealed he signed a multi-year contract with AEW.
Eddie Kingston Inks New AEW Contract
During a chat with AdFreeShows, the current Ring of Honor (ROH) Champion notes he signed a new four-year agreement with AEW. Still, he also states that “you” haven’t heard about him and contracts because he keeps his personal business “on the low”.
He goes on to say that his deal was coming up, and he got four more years with the company. The AEW star adds that “no one” needs to know the money he got.

The ROH Champ also states that there’s nowhere else he’d rather be (than AEW). The superstar has done a lot of things since he first joined All Elite Wrestling in 2020.
He first hit the promotion during Cody Rhodes’ “Open Challenge” storyline with the TNT Championship. He impressed officials so much that they presented him with a deal.

Interestingly enough, he had said that he was close to retiring from professional wrestling before entering AEW as the COVID-19 pandemic was forcing him to re-think his career. Still, the company offered him a contract, which allowed him to work during a very stressful time for many in the wrestling business.
He’s also received quite the push as of late. During last week’s Dynamite, Kingston overcame rival Claudio Castagnoli and scored the ROH World title. He’s also set to defend this championship, as well as his New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Openweight title against Katsuyori Shibata, on October 1st at WrestleDream.
He entered pro wrestling in 2002, and over the years has worked for Impact Wrestling, ROH, and the indies circuit. In 2020 he ranked in the top 10 wrestlers listing for Sports Illustrated and was rated #40 in PWI’s top 500 list in 2022.
