It seems the fallout from All In is now underway. While the show has to be considered a success, things did not start smooth.

CM Punk and Jack Perry were involved in a backstage altercation. AEW is yet to comment on the current status, but F4WOnline’s Bryan Alvarez noted on Twitter how the “belief” amongst those in AEW is CM Punk and Jack Perry are suspended.

Tony Khan slightly addressed the matter during the All In post-show press conference. Basically, he said AEW was investigating and he could not say anything further.

The issues between both started months ago during Collision. Perry wanted to use real glass for a backstage segment and Punk thought it was too much of a hazard.

That brings us to All In over the weekend. On the pre-show, Perry lost the FTW Championship to Hook.

During the fight, they battled atop a limousine. At one point, Perry looked into the camera and commented about the glass being real.

Clearly, Perry was taking a direct shot at Punk. And, that did not sit well with the former WWE and AEW Champion.

As Perry entered the back, Punk was there because his match was opening the main portion of the card. Words were exchanged and then both apparently got physical.

There are multiple sides of the story on what happened backstage, but most claim the two parties began shoving each other. Then, things escalated with reports of Punk putting Perry in a chokehold; possibly to defuse the situation.

Neither were part of the post-show media scrum. AEW heads to Chicago this week and if Alvarez is correct, no Punk would be a blow to the show.

No word if there will be further punishments.

Punk returned not long ago following a suspension for the All Out brawl last year and surgery. Perry turned heel a few months ago and looks to continue his rise up the rankings.

Since CM Punk and Jack Perry are suspend, should the promotion take further actions?
