Big E has dealt with his fair share of challenges over the years. Not only during his time with WWE, working up through NXT and the main roster, but outside the ring. He recently revealed, there was a time he contemplated suicide.

Big E Contemplated Suicide

Big E is known for his positivity. He’s all about spreading energy, happiness, and joy wherever he goes.

With that said, he did struggle with mental health as a young man. He recently shared his experience on social media.

Big E shared a Today Show clip, featuring Ohio State University football player, Harry Miller. Miller talked about why he withdrew from football to focus on his mental health.

Above the video clip, Big E writes he wanted to take his own life in his early ‘20s. You can see the tweet and video clip, above.

Big E Contemplated Suicide But Has Worked Through It All

The good news is that Big E worked through his depression, and is truly at peace with everything now. He recently suffered a neck injury and will be out of action for at least six months.

Despite this grim news and the scary spot he endured on SmackDown (which landed him on the injured list), Big E continues to be positive and grateful. He also continues to be a major inspiration to not only his colleagues but fans, too.

Hopefully, Big E will be wrestling again before the WWE Universe knows it. Someone else who’s knows all too well about neck injuries is also interested in getting back into that squared circle.

Paige Wants To Wrestle Again

In the fall of 2016, Paige announced she was having neck surgery and would be out of action for an unspecified amount of time. She would have a successful surgery and was cleared for competition in September 2017.

She returned to WWE TV in November of that year. However, during a house show in December, she dealt with an impact injury to her neck.

She took some time off to recover, and rumors swirled during that time. After the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble came and passed, as well as WrestleMania 34, Paige would officially address her in-ring status.

It was during the RAW after ‘Mania show on April 9th, 2018, where Paige announced her retirement from in-ring competition, due to her neck injury. It was a sad day for her and her fans.

It’s no secret that Paige was one of the best female wrestlers of her time. The extra blow of it all was that she was so young when it all happened.

Paige had quite the career ahead of her, but health comes first. Still, that doesn’t mean she isn’t hopeful that she can return to the squared circle.

Especially with colleagues like Edge and Daniel Bryan making comebacks after they had to step away from action, due to their neck injuries, too. Anything is possible.

Paige Tweets With Her Heart

Last night during RAW, Paige was on Twitter, answering some fan tweets. One fan expressed how much she wants to see her back in the WWE and in the ring.

The fan also notes that while she does want to see Paige wrestle again, she wonders if the former Divas champion still wants to compete in the squared circle.

Paige didn’t mince words when replying. She made it very clear that she does in fact, want to wrestle again, as seen in the tweet above.

Will the WWE Universe ever see Paige in the ring, competing again? Only time will tell.
