Reports are flying about Bobby Lashley and MVP possibly leaving WWE soon, with there being a decent chance The Hurt Business reunites in AEW.

The Hurt Business was a popular stable in WWE, even doing well when there were no fans present. The group consisted of Bobby Lashley, Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin and MVP. At the moment, only Benjamin is no longer with the company. Although, that could be changing shortly for two others. The deal for Lashley is set to expire in weeks or a month tops. MVP has not been seen in like a year and speculation is he will depart WWE. Cedric remains part of WWE in the NXT brand because they have no clue what to do with him.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted how Tony Khan seems interested in reforming the group in AEW. But, it will come with obstacles, especially with the name. “They want Shelton Benjamin, who’s also a free agent, to join them,” said Meltzer. “This is something Tony Khan will have to decide, but it’s definitely under consideration. It’s not a done deal, but it’s alive. As of now, Bobby Lashley and MVP will be gone from WWE when their contracts expire soon.”
The Hurt Business Tried To Reunite In WWE

MVP claims Triple H denied his request for the stable to reunite. He has been vocal about his disappointment. From all accounts, the stable members want the group back together. This year, Lashley has only wrestled a few times after suffering an injury. While news of his contract being up very soon just broke, many fans are under the impression he will leave. Lashley could join any wrestling company, including TNA again, because of his skills. Also, there have rumblings of the former Strikeforce fighter returning to MMA.
AEW is known to brining in too many. They have allowed a bunch of contracts to expire without renewal, which is best. I like The Hurt Business, but I cannot see a need for the group in AEW. I think Khan should focus on AEW and ROH as both are struggling. A former WWE stable will not draw anything major. So, do you want to see The Hurt Business in AEW?
