8 Match Predictions for WWE SummerSlam 2025, Including CM Punk vs. Gunther

WWE will make history next month with the 2025 edition of SummerSlam. For the first time in more than three decades, the event will be a two-night show, and it will emanate from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on August 2nd and 3rd.

Few fights have been set up for the massive card. With that in mind, we make predictions for eight bouts that will go down at SummerSlam 2025.

Jacob Fatu has found an ally in Jimmy Uso amidst his heated tensions with Solo Sikoa, J.C. Matteo, and their new Bloodline member, Hikuleo. Outnumbered by one man, the duo can turn to another family member, Jey Uso, to align with them. This could set up an explosive six-man tag team match at WWE SummerSlam between both sides of Bloodline alums.

Asuka and Iyo Sky have ended their alliance and crossed paths in recent weeks. Should Iyo Sky defeat Rhea Ripley at WWE Evolution, “The Empress of Tomorrow” could be waiting for her next. This could lead to a highly captivating showdown for the WWE Women’s World title between the two highly talented Japanese stars.
