Joaquin Buckley gets the finish in front of Hulk Hogan, Chael Sonnen

Joaquin Buckley stole the show from Colby Covington in the main event. Buckley landed with a shot early that opened a cut over the right eye of Covington, which eventually led to the bout being stopped.

Buckley claimed his sixth straight win, with four of those being finishes. He is now 21-6 overall including 11 wins with the UFC. Covington dropped to 17-5 with the loss.

Not only did Covington have Chael Sonnen with him on Friday and to walk to the Octagon, he brought in another well-known face. Pro wrestling icon Hulk Hogan carried the American flag alongside Covington, even getting a hug from the fighter.

Cub Swanson delivered another memorable performance in the co-main event. The veteran landed a walk-off KO on Billy Quarantillo, securing his 30th career win.

Swanson announced his retirement from the sport with his wife, Kenda Perez, inside the Octagon with him. As most fighters do, he did hint at a possible return, leaving the door cracked open.

Manel Kape and Dustin Jacoby each scored finishes on the main card, with both coming in the third round. Daniel Marcos and Navajo Stirling were winners via decision.
