Heading into UFC 231 there’s been understandably a lot of buzz tied to the headlining fight between Max Holloway and Brian Ortega, but that doesn’t mean the co-headliner isn’t also extremely compelling.
That’s because the co-main event will see two of the greatest, women fighters in Valentina Shevchenko and Joanna Jedrzejczyk battle for the vacant, 125 crown. It should be noted that the stars fought three times before in kickboxing matches, and Shevchenko won all three.
