Firas Zahabi isn’t condoning what Khabib Nurmagomedov did, following his win over Conor McGregor at UFC 229. But, the renowned Tristar coach has criticized the latter for how he acted leading up to the massive bout.
Since the ugly brawl unfolded, which started with Nurmagomedov leaping over the Octagon fence to get at McGregor’s teammate, Dillon Danis, Zahabi has tweeted out the comments below.
Well said. Hyping up a fight is one thing but leave family out of it. Congratulations to @TeamKhabib the best lightweight in history!! https://t.co/g4vphcox2y

Just to be clear I don’t condone what happen to McGregor (being attack after the fight) and I don’t agree with Khabib going after Danis. Still Danis needs to stop acting like a fool and McGregor needs keep family out of it. https://t.co/1hUCoaz9cE

@TeamKhabib bullied a bully tonight. @TheNotoriousMMA has crossed the line many times. Khabib has always been respectful throughout his career. Talking about Khabibs’s dad is as low as u can go. https://t.co/NcY9gBmUsq

Agree? Disagree?
Nurmagomedov submitted McGregor with a fourth round neck crank at the event, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
