Obviously 2018 has not been going as Tony Ferguson planned, but recently “El Cucuy” shared out some good news, regarding the disastrous knee injury he incurred in March.

Ferguson was supposed to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 223, April 7th, for the promotion’s lightweight title. But, just over a week out, the interim champ reportedly tripped on a wire, tore up his knee, and had to drop out.

Although we don’t know yet when Ferguson will be ready to fight again, recently he shared out the tweet below, and it looks like his recovery is going as planned.

Ferguson is currently riding a 10 fight winning streak, and in October, he submitted Kevin Lee.
