Recently Conor McGregor tweeted out that he’s apparently interested in fighting Tenshin Nasukawa, and the striking sensation has already responded.
McGregor likely raised eyebrows throughout the game on Sunday, by saying he wants to face Nasukawa in an “exhibition” MMA fight. Well, the 20-year-old has since tweeted out this response:
Dear Mr. McGregor. @TheNotoriousMMA
Thank you very much for remembering my name. I’m honored that you would even consider fighting me.58kg, kickboxing rules would probably get us in the ring sometime in the near future

Now, the chances of this bout happening, to begin with, were slim, but there’s no way McGregor can fight at flyweight (which is what 58 kg is). Even 145 these days for the “Notorious” one would be a massive cut. Then, of course, there’s also the fact McGregor called for a MMA bout, not kickboxing, which is Nasukawa’s wheelhouse.
