Bellator has added one of the most accomplished kickboxers on the planet to its roster, as recently the promotion’s President Scott Coker announced the company’s signed Robin van Roosmalen.
If you don’t follow kickboxing, you may be unware of van Roosmalen, who won both the lightweight and featherweight titles with GLORY. The 29-year-old Dutch fighter heads to Bellator having gone 51-17-3 in kickboxing, and 2-0 in MMA. Van Roosmalen’s last MMA bout took place in 2017, under the FFC banner, and he stopped Risto Dimitrov.
Pleased to announce @RobinVRoosmalen has signed with @BellatorMMA.

So, it will be interesting to see how van Roosmalen does in Bellator. Will he in fact be added to the featherweight grand-prix?
