A new report on the latest ticket prices for November’s Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight reveals that some of the cheapest seats for the event have dropped in cost by hundreds of dollars.

Despite it not having actual relevancy in boxing’s heavyweight division, the November bout between Tyson and Paul is one of the most highly anticipated fights left on the boxing schedule. It is just the nature of fight sports today and what happens when you pair a fighting legend against a popular influencer.

When the matchup was announced earlier this year, prices for tickets were quite costly. It was a bit surprising since the bout will take place inside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys is a massive venue that seats as many as 80,000.

Unsurprisingly, tickets were reportedly not flying off the shelves, and the bout being rescheduled from July to November likely hurt the interest of some boxing fans. Well, third-party ticket outlet Gametime released some new data on ticket prices and it seems they’ve fluctuated in both directions.

“Currently, the lowest-cost/get-in tickets are available for $132 each (including taxes and fees). That is down significantly from June (right after the fight was delayed) when the lowest cost tickets were $420 each (including taxes and fees),” Gametime claimed.

That has even changed since and some tickets are now going for as low as $84.

However, prices for premium seats for Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul have actually skyrocketed in cost. “Top tickets to the fight are now $49,226, up from about $9,000 when the fight was postponed,” the company claims.

It seems that folks with serious wealth are willing to pay huge prices to see this unique matchup up close. However, the average fight fan may not be interested in paying wild costs for what some see as a freakshow fight. And maybe fine tuning in when it airs on Netflix on November 15.

Paul scored a TKO victory over BKFC star Mike Perry in his return to the ring in July.
