Looks like Manny Pacquiao still has it…sort of. The boxing legend made a return to form of sorts at the expense of internet personality IShowSpeed.

In a clip posted to social media, Manny Pacquiao and IShowSpeed engaged in a friendly body sparring session as part of the live streamer’s tour of South East Asia. Predictably, things did not go well for the 19-year-old.

After telling Manny Pacquiao that he intended to “go like 70%,” the pair traded body shots. The former eight division champion absorbed his fair share of punches to the core with no discernible reaction.

On the other hand, IShowSpeed (born Darren Watkins Jr) was visibly affected by the blows coming his way before turning up the intensity. The wild looping shots left him open for a compact Pacquaio uppercut to the liver.

IShowSpeed dropped to the floor in pain as onlookers began a 10 count. He was not able to return to his feet before the makeshift timer expired.

Manny Pacquaio Returning to Action?

This showcase is the latest post prime offering of the prizefighting legend. In July, Pacquiao fought former K1 champion Rukiya Anpo to a draw in a three round exhibition boxing match. The 45-year-old struggled against Anpo but fought with his signature iron will.

Prior reports suggested that “Pac Man” was gearing up for a comeback against current WBC welterweight champ Mario Barrios.

Currently suspended Ryan Garcia claims that he has been in talks with RIZIN to face Pacquiao later in the year. Amir Khan has also recently discussed an exhibition against his former training partner.

Manny Pacquaio retired in 2021 after losing the WBA welterweight belt to Yordenis Ugas in a unanimous decision.
