Following the performance, Paul became the latest to call out Canelo Alvarez.

“Canelo, stop ducking,” Paul said. “I know you want it. I know you want it and I’m prepping Puerto Rico. You’re prepping Mexico. So it’s Puerto Rico vs. Mexico.

“I want Canelo. I want all the biggest names.”

Using his speed and precision striking, Paul picked Bourland apart before putting an end to it all.

She was scheduled to meet Nina Meinke.

“Amanda Serrano has unfortunately been declared medically unfit by the Puerto Rican Boxing Commission to fight due to an eye injury she sustained yesterday,” a release by Most Valuable Promotions stated. “She is devastated that she won’t be able to perform in front of her hometown fans, but despite wanting to go out and put on a show, the Commission said there was no way she can fight with her eye in its current condition.

“This decision equally affects Nina Meinke and MVP will be paying her fight purse in full. MVP and Amanda would like to apologize to everyone in attendance and the company will provide full refunds for all those seeking it.”

Jonathan Gonzalez, Javon Walton and Krystal Rosado were also winners from Puerto Rico.
