The fight card for Bellator 299 is now complete, as several new fights have been added. In all, the event from Dublin, Ireland is currently scheduled to feature 21 fights headlined by Johnny Eblen defending his middleweight title vs. Fabian Edwards.
Bellator 299: Total Of 21 Fights Now Lined Up
The upcoming Bellator 299 event is going to be epic in terms of size.
A total of 21 fights are on the schedule for the September 23 event from Dublin Ireland. Prelims air live on YouTube with the main card streaming on Showtime in the United States.
In the main event, Johnny Eblen puts his 13-0 record and middleweight title on the line vs. top contender Fabian Edwards. The co-main event will see Aaron Pico battle Pedro Carvalho.
Bellator officials have been working on all the bouts for Bellator 299, adding several recently to complete the lineup.
The highlight of those will bee Mansour Barnaoui take on Jay-Jay Wilson in a meeting lightweights. Barnaoui has previously held gold in BAMMA, M-1 and Road FC, while Wilson owns a 9-1 record and has finished 80 percent of his opponents.
Other announced bouts include SBG Ireland’s Luca Poclit taking on Roman Faraldo, Asael Adjoudj battling Poclit’s teammate, Ibrahim Al-Faqih Hassan and Khasan Magomedsharipov squaring off with Martin McDonough.
