Several fights have been added to upcoming Bellator 298 and Bellator 299 events, including the return of James Gallagher.

James Gallagher Fights At Bellator 298
While Bellator Ireland return takes place at Bellator 299, Bellator 298 will feature Irish fighter James Gallagher.
The top prospect squares off with Cris Lencioni on August 11 from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
In the main event, Logan Storley and Brennan Ward collide live on Showtime.
Gallagher is back for the first time since 2021 and looks to add to his collection of submission wins. Of his eight Bellator victories, six have come by tap.
Lencioni is making headlines, as he topped Cody Law and scored a highlight-reel inverted triangle submission over Blake Smith recently.
The event will also feature the pro MMA debut of Michael Blockhus, who was a standout wrestler at the NCAA Div. I level. Blockhus joins fellow former Minnesota Golden Gopher Storley.
He was a Big Ten finalist and All-American who qualified for the NCAA Championships four times.
Along with Storley taking on Ward, former interim heavyweight champion Valentin Moldavsky meets unbeaten Steve Mowry. The two are currently ranked second and third in the division.
Unbeaten Dalton Rosta takes on Aaron Jeffrey and Sidney Outlaw goes one-on-one with Islam Mamedov to complete the main card for the event.

Bellator’s Ireland Return Includes Irish Fighters
Bellator 299 will take place Saturday, September 23 from the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. And as expected, there will be a strong Irish presence on the card.
Dublin’s Sinead Kavanagh and England’s Luke Trainer are among those added to the event. In the headline bout, Johnny Eblen defends his middleweight title against Fabian Edwards.
Kavanagh will tangle with Sara Collins, who is unbeaten. Both are ranked in the Top-6 in the division.
Trainer, meanwhile, takes on newcomer Laurynas Urbonavicius. The two light heavyweights are a combined 21-2 in their careers.
Other bouts announced include Mark Ewen taking on Noah Gugnon, Chiara Penco battling Mackenzie Stiller and Nicolo Solli facing off against Romain Debienne.
