The final UFC event of 2022 took place Saturday night, as Jared Cannonier and Sean Strickland battled at UFC Vegas 66.
Over 25 minutes and five rounds of middleweight action, it was Cannonier who earned the split decision. The event aired live on ESPN+ from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
Arman Tsarukyan wasn’t able to put Damir Ismagulov away, but he did more than enough for the decision win. The lightweight swept the scorecards and all three rounds.
Amir Albazi, Alex Caceres, Drew Dober and Michal Oleksiejczuk each earned finishes on the main card.
On the prelims, Cory McKenna, Matthew Semelsberger, Said Nurmagomedov, Rafa Garcia, Rinat Fakhretdinov, Manel Kape and Sergey Morozov were all winners in prelim bouts.
