It’s time for a Halloween RAW In A Nutshell, with just one key question: who wants to trick or treat in Texas?

OK, there are other questions beyond who wants to trick or treat in Texas…but it is Halloween, so it’s a little cheeky fun.

But in all seriousness, this is the last live show before Crown Jewel, and it should be a big one.

Let’s run it down, shall we?

Roman Reigns will be on site. That should be a nice treat.

Gargano has been teasing The Miz about…some secret. Will that end up being a trick, or a big reveal…or neither?

Will The O.C. get themselves some female muscle to counter the problematic Rhea Ripley?

Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley talk things over before heading to Saudi Arabia…that won’t be explosive, right?

Tricks and treats, indeed. It’s time to see what Texas has in store for us…it is time for…

RAW In A Nutshell: Who Wants To Trick Or Treat In Texas?

Let’s crack open this Nutshell and see what we got!

Best Match of the night:

How about the surprise tag title main event?

Match delivered, even without the title change.

Now…how long will the new champs hold on to the gold? Or is this the move to pave the way for a pair of returns?

Worst match of the night:

Yes, sure it was entertaining…but a wrestling match it wasn’t. Trainwreck is more apt.

So yes…the trick or street fight lands here.

More entertaining than I expected it to be, to be honest. But still here it is.

Star of the Night

I give you our new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions…Alexa Bliss and Asuka.

Spot of the Night:

That main event table spot that let Bayley and Belair deliver some go-home hype for Crown Jewel.

Jobber of the Night:

Can I take Miz here? Of course I can.

After all, Miz interrupted Roman Reigns to try and trade intel on Logan Paul for help with his Dexter Lumis issues.

Reigns instead made an example of Miz.

Upset of the Night:

Nothing really, though I think a good chunk of fans were not expecting to see the tag titles change hands.

Holy Sh** Moment of the Night:

The saga of Miz and Dexter Lumis took an interesting turn indeed.

Now Gargano is stating that Miz paid Lumis to “attack” him to get attention…and then things took a turn with Miz stopping payments.

It’s so crazy, it’s quite believable.

Botch of the night:

Riddle and Otis had a mix up or something.

Once Elias put the pumpkin on Otis’ head, Riddle went for the RKO, which he sort of connected with.

Problem was, for pumpkin related reasons, Otis went down before he should have.

LOL Moment of the night:

In the midst of the Lashley-Lesnar brawl, did anyone else notice Riddle, or someone who was holding his flip flops?

I’m sorry, but it legitimately made me LOL.

Almost as much as Truth interrupting Baron Corbin while dressed as a hilarious cowboy.

But…did Gable and Otis steal it?!

Noteworthy Moment:

Last week, The O.C. openly acknowledged they needed someone to answer Rhea, and it seemed like they had ideas.

Thus far we don’t know who…but I have a feeling we will know by Saturday.

If not…surely by next Monday?

In other news, to the surprise of probably no one…Bray Wyatt will be heading to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel.

Poor guy wants the oil money, I am sure. His trip also will not help put out the rumors of he and Reigns running it back.

Of course, he could get involved anywhere on the card…or not at all.

Overall lowlights:

Some might dislike the gimmick match, so I will allow them to air that grievance here.

Personally, I am not one of them. Yes, it made my worst match choice, but only because it wasn’t much of a match, more a spectacle.

Bad as it may have been…it was still entertaining.

Overall highlights:

A pretty entertaining show from start to finish, which lately is my hope.

Everything else is gravy.

WWE didn’t go too heavy with the Halloween stuff-just enough, really.

Final hype for  Crown Jewel has been delivered…Saturday ought to be fun.

After the final bell:

Well, that was an interesting and eventful RAW, as now the red roster (and the blue) can start hopping on planes and making their ways over to Riyadh for what is shaping up to be a big show.

Crown Jewel is Saturday, and it should be…could actually be…a good show.
