Former UFC champion Demetrious Johnson is once again a titleholder.
Johnson scored a thunderous knockout of Adriano Moraes in the main event of the first ONE Championship event on Amazon Prime to win the flyweight title.
“Mighty Mouse” took the action to the Brazilian kingpin, unleashing punches in bunches from close quarters, which rattled the defending champion. Moraes had early success in the first two rounds, peppering the top-ranked contender with jabs and connecting with thunderous combinations.
In the co-main event, Nong-O Gaiyanghadao bested Liam Harrison to defend his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai title.
