Vincent Kennedy McMahon’s life just got flipped upside down when news surfaced that he reportedly paid a WWE employee “hush” money to keep an affair under wraps. But how does Linda feel about this? As per a report, the McMahons don’t live together anymore.

The McMahons Don’t Live Together

Linda McMahon has yet to comment on the news that broke about Vince’s recent scandal. However, as per Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer Radio, she may not have much to say.

That’s because he states that the couple separated a “long, long” time ago. In fact, Dave notes that they are “technically” still married, but not together.

The McMahons Don’t Live Together, But There’s So Many “Unknowns”

Due to the allegations, there’s a ton of uncertainty within the WWE. There are also so many “unknowns” that surround this ongoing story.

VKM is currently being investigated by WWE’s board due to a secret $3 million settlement. The money was given to a former employee who was leaving the company.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported on this story and has had wrestling social media buzzing. They found documents that allege Vince had an affair with this ex-employee.

The former staff member worked as a paralegal for the company in 2019. This person was barred by the January 2022 separation agreement to talk about details surrounding her relationship with McMahon.

In addition, the investigation began this past April. It also uncovers added non-disclosure agreements between other former female employees of the WWE stating misconduct by John Laurinaitis and Vince.

For those that recall, John leads WWE’s talent relations sector. While the numbers of NDAs are unconfirmed, it seems that settlements were handed out in “millions of dollars”.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, a law firm from New York, is handling the investigation on behalf of the WWE board of directors. While the investigation is far from over, it seems McMahon made these ex-employees sign NDA, then paid them off with his own money (including claims against John).

Over to the land of AEW, it’s hard to not speculate about who will be popping up during AEW’s next pay-per-view (PPV), Forbidden Door. WNZ has word on who “won’t” be there!

Forbidden Door PPV Update

During the recent episode of AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole mentioned that Kazuchika Okada won’t be at Forbidden Door. As one of the top New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) stars, this is quite a disappointment to fans.

With that said, is this all smoke and mirrors? Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio chimes in.

Will He Or Won’t He Be There?

Meltzer states that Okada’s wife is set to give birth around the time of the event. That makes it even more possible that Kazuchka won’t be in attendance.

Dave doesn’t imagine that AEW would say that Okada “wouldn’t be there” and then have him attend. The company would want people to know he’s part of the card.

That’s because Okada is quite loved by many wrestling fans across the globe. Many thought he’d be there, and it certainly is a bummer to know that he won’t be.

However, for now, it looks like he’s got something bigger on his plate for that date. Being there for his wife and family as they welcome a new baby into the fold!
