More On Rhea Ripley & Her Brain Injury
Back to Rhea’s brain injury, at the moment, it’s hard to say just how severe it is. Unfortunately, she’s out as the #1 contender for the RAW Women’s title, and Carmella is in.
Here’s hoping Rhea Ripley recovers quickly and is back very soon. As the Judgement Day stable was on Main Event this week, sounds like they could use her.
Since entering the land of the WWE in 2017, Ripley has created quite the wave. She’s been NXT UK Women’s Champion, NXT Women’s Champion, RAW Women’s Champion, and has held one-half of the Women’s Tag titles.
Speaking of injuries (and social media), fans have been quite worried about Big E. The former WWE Champion took the time to recently reply to a post, giving an update on his progress.
Big E Shows Fans His Progress
While he recently posted a video on his Instagram story, throwing away his neck brace, this doesn’t mean fans aren’t still worried about Big E. There’s no way to know if and when he’ll return to in-ring action.
A fan recently posted a video on Twitter, expressing her concern. Big E would reply to the post, with a video update on his progress.
As you can see, E gave the fan – and other fans – a ton of hope. He showed off the fact that he isn’t wearing a neck brace and he can move his neck around.

It’s clear that the New Day member is on his way to making a full recovery. This is incredible news for fans of the superstar, everywhere.
Big E’s Injury – An Overview
E was sidelined right before WrestleMania 38. During the March 11th episode of SmackDown, he suffered a broken neck with fractures to his C1 and C6 vertebrae.
The New Day was facing Ridge Holland and Sheamus that night. Holland placed an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on E, where he landed on his head.
The good news is that Big E didn’t need surgery. However, it’s still unclear as to when he will return to in-ring action.
With that said, his social media post gives fans a ton of hope. He truly does embody the power of positivity.
