This year’s two-night WrestleMania was hit. One of the highlights was the match between Edge and AJ Styles, plus the interference from Damian Priest. According to a report, there are rumored additions to this new stable. More details are below.

Rumored Additions To Edge Stable

Edge scored a win against AJ Styles at WM 38, thanks to some help from Damian Priest. Before WrestleMania, reports revealed that there were plans for the WWE Hall of Famer to lead a new heel stable on Monday Night RAW.

Priest’s name was one that was thrown around, initially. Now, Fightful Select reports that more names will be added to the faction, soon.

Rumored Additions To Edge Stable: Rhea Ripley & Tommaso Ciampa

Two of the names pitched to join Edge’s stable are Rhea Ripley and Tommaso Ciampa. Ripley recently formed a tag team with Liv Morgan.

However, they failed to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles at their WM match, which was a Fatal For way. They also did not win their contender’s match last night on RAW, and Ripley ended up walking away from Morgan at the end of it.

Meanwhile, Tommaso lost to Tony D’Angelo this past Saturday at NXT’s Stand & Deliver. He seemingly bid NXT a “farewell” after the loss, but nothing has been confirmed.

In fact, there’s no confirmation that Ciampa and Ripley will join Edge and Priest. However, the original Fightful report stated that Damian’s name was being talked about, and he was the first to enter Edge’s faction.

WrestleMania 38 was a really stellar two-night event. Another highlight was “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s return, but a low point was Vince McMahon’s botched Stunner on Sunday night.

Vince McMahon – Botched Stunner

Fans got goosebumps during Sunday night’s WM when Vince and Stone Cold stood face-to-face in the ring after so many years. This quickly turned sour when VKM botched the Stunner Steve Austin gave him.

The moment of Steve and Vince in the ring was great. However, how McMahon took the Stunner was one of the top cringest moments.

According to a report, Vince was said to be “all smiles” backstage and didn’t seem bothered by the Stunner botch in the least. In fact, talents and staff members watching backstage “got a kick” out of watching WWE’s Chairman in the ring and taking a bump.

A Slight Technical Error

It sounds as if there was a minor technical error with the audio during this match. Before Steve came out, Austin Theory’s music hit.

When this happened, Vince had a worried look on his face. This was because Stone Cold’s music was to be played right away.

This explains the reason McMahon reacted early. While the Stunner was way off, and there was a minor technical issue, the entire segment still rolled on and was fantastic (for the most part).

In typical “Stone Cold” Steve Austin style, after he laid the stunner on Vince, he celebrated with Pat McAfee by having a few beers. Still, it didn’t take long for Austin to turn on Pat, as Steve laid a stunner on McAfee, too. #ClassicStoneCold
