Ms. Rousey stunned the WWE Universe when she made her in-ring return at this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble. She won the coveted match and chose Charlotte Flair as her WrestleMania 38 opponent.

During a recent Facebook gaming stream, Ronda reveals that she’s suffered a minor injury, recently. A mouth tissue connecting the gums to her upper lip (labial frenulum) has torn.

As such, the former RAW Women’s Champion notes during the stream that she feels fine, but she does also feel sick. She also states that she sounds like crap, due to this.

Ronda Rousey’s WWE History

Ronda Rousey originally debuted in the WWE after the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble. She’d move on to have a match at that year’s WM (34) against HHH and Stephanie McMahon, with Kurt Angle as her partner.

During the 2018 SummerSlam event, she faced off against Alexa Bliss. She’d win that match and score her first title in the company, the RAW Women’s Championship.

She had a solid reign, defeating contenders like Nikki Bella, Nia Jax, Natalya, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Mickie James.

As RAW Women’s Champion, she, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair participated in a triple threat match at WM 35, becoming the first women ever to main event the WWE’s flagship event. While Becky Lynch scored the win and both titles, all three competitors did a great job that night.

With days away from this year’s WM, here’s hoping Rousey recuperates from this small injury. She and Flair should have an amazing match.
