Bully Ray was offered a job with WWE, but he declined the chance. Also, Nia Jax is expected to be away from TV for an extended time.

Bully Ray Offered WWE Job

Bully Ray was famously part of The Dudley Boys and also had a late singles run at the top. With so much experience, he is one of those people Vince McMahon wants around.

To go with is mind about the business, Bully Ray also can work with current talent. He knows so much, McMahon offered him a backstage job.

Bully Ray revealed to Stories with Briscoe and Bradshaw that McMahon left an open invitation. In the end, Bully Ray turned down the opportunity.

“Vince has offered me a position in the past,” said Bully Ray. “He has told me, ‘When you’re ready, I’d love to have you here as a producer.’”

“I don’t think the job is the same job it used to be when you [Gerald Brisco] were a producer or an agent. I believe the producers and agents now just kind of carry the marching orders of creative to the boys and I don’t think the boys have as much input into things these days.”

“Also, I do consider myself creative and if I don’t feel like that creativity can be put to work, for the guys and the girls putting their matches together, I kind of feel stifled. I would try it one day.”

“It’s just it seems different than when you [Gerald Brisco] and Pat [Patterson] and Jack [Lanza] and Michael [Hayes] and the agents that I grew up on and worked with than they are today.”

D-Von Accepted WWE Job Offered To Bully Ray

While Bully Ray turned on WWE, D-Von took them up on the offer. D-Von would retire from in-ring competition and shift his focus to life behind the scenes.

Although, Bully Ray never officially retired. He does not compete as much, but remains busy with other projects.

It would be cool if the team reunited maybe once or twice, yet, that is just a dream.

Shayna Baszler was ruthless in NXT and finally, she is acting that way on the main roster. In two weeks, she has taken out Eva Marie and Nia Jax.

She stomped both their arms against the ring steps. Now, the two are out of action.

WWE stated Eva has a possible dislocated elbow. Meanwhile, Jax has elbow posterior fracture and a dislocation of her left elbow.

PWInsider noted Eva is fine and was selling the injury at SmackDown. Nia was not present, but she was given an extended break; so, the injury angle was to write her off TV.

Basically, Baszler is getting a renewed push and it happens to fall during the WWE Draft. From the looks of things, Baszler could find herself in the title picture.
