A lightweight battle between unbeaten Cristian Perez and Brian Del Rosario serves as the headline attraction for Friday’s Combate event.
The card takes place from Univision’s studios in Miami airing live on Univision (12 a.m. ET) and TUDN USA (12 a.m. ET) in the U.S.
Perez is 4-0 and coming off a submission of Geraldo Almonte in April. He has scored two consecutive first round submission wins.
Del Rosario is 5-4 and the reigning WBC super welterweight Muay Thai champion. He claimed that belt in 2019 over Joe Davidson.
Del Rosario, who miraculously overcame a horrific motorcycle accident that left him hospitalized during the latter part of 2019, has earned all of his MMA victories to date by way of finish.
The card will also feature Blanca Marquez vs. Mariel Celimen, Carlos Puente Jr. vs. Edir Terry and Daniel Matos vs. Danny Ramirez.
