The Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia is set to take place on October 31. It has been declared a part of “Riyadh Season,” which will run a whole two months from October 15 to December 15.

Vince McMahon and The Undertaker were invited to Saudi Arabia for the Riyadh Season Opening Ceremony. The opening ceremony included a parade, which featured a float designed for The Phenom. With the parade, the government looked to promote the Crown Jewel event that is set to take place soon.
You can see the WWE float below:

The Riyadh Season festival is meant to boost tourism on an international and domestic level. Nevertheless, many WWE fans have criticized the event, mainly due to the lack of women in the pay-per-view and the recent murder of Jamal Khashoggi. All the parties in the world and even an appearance of Vince McMahon and The Undertaker can’t change those facts.
No Match Yet for The Undertaker in Crown Jewel
We reported earlier last week that The Deadman would not be making an appearance at Crown Jewel. This has not changed since this story broke. Even though The Phenom is in Riyadh at the moment, he is not expected to have a match.
As it stands now, this is the match card for Crown Jewel:
- Seth Rollins (c) versus The Fiend;
- Brock Lesnar (c) versus Cain Velasquez;
- Braun Strowman versus Tyson Fury;
- Team Hogan versus Team Flair (Roman Reigns, Ricochet, Rusev, Ali, Shorty G, Randy Orton, King Corbin, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Lashley, and Drew McIntyre);
- Mansoor versus Cesaro;
- Tag Team Turmoil (The New day, The Viking Raiders, Heavy Machinery, Lucha House Party, Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins, The Revival, The O.C., Dolph Ziggler & Robert Rood, and the B-Team.)
Possible Appearance for The Undertaker
Despite the fact that the Phenom does not have a match scheduled for Crown Jewel does not necessarily mean he will not make an appearance. He could very well make an appearance at the pay-per-view.
The presence of The Undertaker at the festival indicates that there are some plans for him after all. A Saudi event without The Deadman would be unusual, as he probably gets requested by event organizers, being one of the most popular wrestlers to have ever lived.
Should The Undertaker Make An Appearance At Crown Jewel?

One of the theories going around is that Taker might be a last-minute addition to the Team Hogan Versus Team Flair match. If he were to be added to this match, it would not be a bad idea. After all, he could enter the match without having to do too much.
