NXT Wrestler Sawyer Fulton Released – Tweets That He’ll Be Back in WWE!

We told you there were more releases happening. It is that time of year where WWE gets rid of talent that they don’t have plans for. While most of the releases have come from the main roster, today an NXT wrestler who had tons of potential and was an initial member of SAnitY but injuries sidelined him. WWE signed Sawyer Fulton in 2012 and he entered into developmental territory NXT. He was an enhancement talent for a few years before teaming up with Alexander Wolfe to form the early version of SAnitY.

However, Fulton was injured late last year, and the team added Killian Dain. SANiTY moved on. Similar to Summer Rae and Darren Young, injuries led him down the road to the end of his WWE career. Injuries, more than a bad attitude and the crowd, are the greatest killer of a wrestling career. When you’re sidelined, everyone moves on and it takes a lot for you to make a comeback. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Obviously it helps if you’re a top talent who already has a lot going on. But if you’re a low to mid-card talent AND you get hurt then creative isn’t waiting around for you.

Sawyer Fulton’s Uplifting Statement
