UFC 5 will feature Alexander Volkanovski and Valentina Shevchenko on the cover of the primary edition. A special deluxe version will see Israel Adesanya on the cover for a second time.
UFC 5 Cover Athletes Revealed With Two Current Champions
The primary edition of UFC 5, the newest video game offering from the MMA promotion, will feature both Alexander Volkanovski and Valentina Shevchenko on the cover.
Volkanovski is the reigning featherweight champion, while Shevchenko is a former women’s flyweight titleholder.
Also, a special deluxe edition will have Israel Adesanya on the cover. Adesanya defends his middleweight title this weekend at UFC 293 vs. Sean Strickland.
Adesanya was also on UFC 4 with Jorge Masvidal.
Shevchenko becomes the second female fighter from the UFC to be featured and the first since Ronda Rousey on EA UFC 2.
The game is expected to be released this month.
The first version came out in 2014 after UFC previously had a game agreement with THQ due to issues between Electronic Arts and UFC president Dana White.
